Supports for BSM-150 Table Extension | V1
Print Profile(1)

Description
First printable upgrade released by BricoTools for the BSM-150.
This support system allows for an additional extension in the gap between the saw and the auxiliary table, maintaining the modularity of the original design.
The BSM-150 was designed to adapt to multiple portable saws on the market. This flexibility means that the space between the saw and the auxiliary table can vary. These supports allow users to utilize this space if they wish to extend it.
📦 What's included?
- Support A (install 3 pieces)
- Support B (install 2 or 3 pieces)
🧩 Installation
🔹 Support A
It is installed on the screws that hold the auxiliary table on the left side.
- Recommended: 3 supports (one per screw)
- Replace original screw with 1/4” x 1 ½” screw
🔹 Support B
It is installed on the profile of the Dimension System (structure that allows extending the space for larger saws).
- 2 or 3 supports can be installed
Fastening with 1/4” x 1 ¼” screw and 1/4” nut
📐 Smart Height Adjustment
Each support is designed 2 mm below the auxiliary table's load level.
Why?
Early BSM versions used 15 mm melamine.
Current versions use 18 mm.
This design allows the user to use:
- 15 mm
- 16 mm
- 18 mm
- 19 mm
Without alignment issues.
🔩 Fine Adjustment
Each support includes a housing for a brass insert:
- 1/4”-20 insert (10 mm length / 8 mm outer)
Compatible with:
- 1” screw
- 1/4” x 3/4” grub screw
This screw or grub screw is what actually bears the load of the extension, allowing the height to be adjusted until it is perfectly flush with the auxiliary table.
The other two holes allow the extension to be secured with screws or wood screws.
