Description

This is a pretty straight forward adaption of seeshaughnessy's adaption of heifu's Raspberry Pi case to fit the Onn Pro 4k (Version 1, This not for the 2026 version).

I've enlarged the case so it can fit an Onn 4K Pro, changed the cutout on the back to fit the 4K Pro's ports, added a Onn 4K Pro label to the front, and I've added the black parts back into the main top model. I have a AMS and time, so it was just easier for me to print them in place. This can always be remixed by someone else to take them back out again. I used 3mm x 8mm screws to hold the top and bottom in place.

Printing:

No need for supports, should print fairly easy. I set my flushing value to .5 just to save on filament and time. You can see a little bleed through of the black in the back, so you could bump the flushing value back up to 1 if that bothers you.

Thoughts:

I can see why seeshaughnessy cut out the black portions of the ness because it does take a 2 ½ hour print to a 7 ½ hour print, but I don't have to mess with glue and drying and with my settings I only wasted about 70gs of filament.
