Rounded Corner Templates for Handheld Router

This 3D model set includes rounded corner templates designed for use with a handheld router, ideal for woodworking and carpentry projects where clean, consistent corner radii are required.

📐 What’s included

• 10 different templates, one for each radius from 5 mm to 50 mm (R5, R10, R15, R20, R25, R30, R35, R40, R45, R50)
• All templates share the same dimensions:
  • Base size: 100 × 100 mm
  • Height: 10 mm base + 10 mm stops

🛠 How to use

1. Place the template on the underside of the board, aligned with the corner you want to round.
2. Secure it firmly using a clamp.
   • It is recommended to place a small piece of cardboard between the clamp and the board/template to avoid damaging either surface.
3. Use a flush trim router bit with a bearing on the tip (copy bit).
4. Follow the template to achieve a precise and repeatable rounded corner.
