Create fully customizable 3D text signs with inset or raised inserts.
This parametric model allows you to:
• Set a large BASE text
• Add two additional texts as inlays
• Choose fonts from the built-in font selector
• Control alignment using anchor positioning (Left / Center / Right, Top / Center / Bottom)
• Adjust X/Y offsets and rotation
• Switch text case (AB / Ab / ab)
• Control fit tolerance for perfect press-fit inserts
Two cut modes:
• Through – full cut-through
• Inset – top pocket with optional raised insert
Insert thickness is automatically calculated:
Pocket depth + Protrusion = Final insert height
Plates:
• Plate 1 – Base with cutouts
• Plate 2 – Insert Text 1
• Plate 3 – Insert Text 2
Recommended:
Clearance: 0.20 mm for PLA
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
