10" Rack Mount (1U) for YuanLey 10-Port 10G Switch
This is a precision-fit 1U rack panel designed specifically for the YuanLey 10-Port 10G Ethernet Switch (8x 2.5Gbit + 2x 10Gbit RJ45). It ensures a clean, professional look for your 10-inch homelab setup.
Features
- Perfect Fit: Secure friction fit, with an optional slot for a zip tie at the back for extra security.
- Cable Management: Integrated cable routing holes on both sides to easily bring the power cable to the front.
- Two Versions Included:
- Centered: Switch sits exactly in the middle.
- Offset: Shifted to one side to allow mounting a 25mm thick fan on the side panel for active cooling.
- Compatibility: Designed and tested with the LabRax Rack system.
Print Settings
- Material: Recommended in PETG (tested with PETG HF) for durability and heat resistance.
- Supports: No supports needed! The cage is designed to bridge effectively.
- ABS Note: Can be printed in ABS, but please account for material shrinkage.
Installation Tip (Important!)
Note: Because the switch is slightly wider than the rack opening, the cage is recessed. You will need 4U of vertical clearance to maneuver the panel into the rack for the first time. Once it's in place, it only occupies 1U.
