Description
This thumb grip was specially developed for the Ricoh GR IV to elevate the already excellent one-handed operation to a new level. Compared to standard grips, this model is slightly extended, allowing for a more relaxed thumb position and stabilizing access to the front dial
🌟 Why this Design?
- Extended Grip Surface: The longer shape provides more leverage and security, especially when using the camera one-handed from the hip or in hectic street scenes
- Clean Look: The design fits snugly against the camera body and does not block the on/off switch or the mode dial
- Hot-Shoe Fit: The foot is precisely tolerated so that it fits securely but does not scratch the hot shoe
🖨️ Printing Recommendations:
- Material: In the photo, a brown PLA Matte looks fantastic. It gives the camera a classy retro look
- Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for a clean finish
- Support: Only necessary under the hot shoe plug (Tree Supports "on build plate only")
🔧 Installation:
Simply slide it into the hot shoe. If you want a particularly "grippy" finish, you can lightly roughen the top of the grip after printing with fine sandpaper (800 grit)
