Stick Press Mold - Starch (Kirschstängel)
Print Profile(2)

Bill of Materials
Description
This press-in mold is designed to create uniform cavities in a container filled with cornstarch (e.g. Maizena). Simply press the form into the starch to create clean, stick-shaped cavities. These can then be filled with cherry liqueur, which hardens to form evenly shaped Kirsch sticks.
The mold can also be used for other applications, such as gummy mixtures or similar confectionery fillings.
⚠️ Cleaning Notice
Do not put the mold in the dishwasher. The high temperatures can cause the plastic to deform, which may prevent the mold from retaining its original shape and accuracy. Please clean it gently by hand with lukewarm water and soap.
Print Size & Profiles
The large 8-stick version (suffix _LPV) requires a minimum print bed size of 256 × 256 mm.
For smaller printers (e.g. Bambu Lab A1 mini), use the reduced-size version with the suffix _SPV.
Please choose the correct print profile according to your printer’s bed size.
Print Orientation Recommendation
I strongly recommend printing the handles lying flat.
Although this requires a few small supports, it significantly increases the strength of the thin pins and prevents them from breaking during use.
