Mini Power Rack with Barbell, Plates & PR Board

I designed this model as a gift for my wife, who is an athlete.
When I saw her reaction and how much she appreciated it, I knew it was worth the effort — so I decided to share it with you.

You can print it for yourself as a motivational desk piece or give it as a gift to an athlete, coach, or gym enthusiast.

This is a detailed miniature powerlifting rack designed for:

• Bench Press
• Squat
• Deadlift

It includes a customizable Personal Best board where you can track your progress in a clear and visual way.

Features

• Adjustable rack height – can be changed at any time
• Functional barbell collars (working locks)
• Weight plates from 0.5 kg up to 25 kg
• Plate storage holders
• Removable and customizable PR board
• Template for printable insert included (PR_Board.zip – .docx format)
• PR board text can also be modified directly in Bambu Studio using built-in text tools

This model is designed to be both decorative and interactive.

Printing Recommendations

• Most parts: PLA, 0.2 mm layer height
• Barbells: PETG, 0.16 mm layer height (for better strength and durability)
• Base: Printed on a smooth black plate with a “shattered” pattern texture — but this is purely aesthetic and up to your preference
