Description

This is a Sock-Aid I created to help people with disabilities put Socks on their feet with no outside help. Put the sock on the tube, then use the rope to maneuver the sock onto the foot.

just printed this - the print itself came out perfectly, no printing issues at all. for some feedback, it would be nice if this were slimmer, as it is hard to stretch my socks over this. also, the corners on the bottom are too sharp and rounded corners would be better - my socks were getting snagged on the corners and I was afraid they would get a hole. I was trying to use this for tall compression socks, and I think it’s not the right tool for those. I had a bit more success trying it with small ankle socks - men’s sized socks might also work better than my women’s socks

Scaling an STL is about the nr.1 basics any program can do. Before you slice it just scale it with one of the buttons in the slicer and you have a smaller version to try...

That's good if you're using the slicer but if you are using the handy app there's no way to scale... if there is please tell me how lol

Do you really only have a phone? I never work with phones even though I have an S23, I hate photography already too much because it's easy to press the wrong spot or this constant switching with flashlight in 3 buttons lol On PC I use 3D builder for free thought they seem to wanna get rid of it or upload the wrong version. Let me know with a screenshot which one you have. Other things are Blender, Meshmixer, Fusion, Solidworkds fusion etc. from the AI on a phone, not sure what type but try the names: Nomad Sculpt Widar Shapr3D Putty 3D Qlone 3D GO (Android) CAD Assistant
