Phomemo M220 Box Waterproof

This is a rugged, waterproof storage box designed for the Phomemo M220 label printer, remixed from the original M110 case by Matthias W.

The M220 is slightly larger than the M110, so this model has been specifically reworked to accommodate the updated dimensions while maintaining the same durable, protective features. It is a perfect all-in-one organization solution for small business owners or home organizers who need to take their printing setup on the go.

Hardware Requirements

To assemble the hinges and latches, you will need the following stainless steel or zinc-plated screws:

• M3 x 30mm Button Head Screws: QTY 6 (for the main hinges and latches)
• M3 x 20mm Button Head Screws: QTY 2 ( handle)

Printing & Assembly Tips:

• Material: PLA or PETG works well for the shell; TPU is recommended for the gasket to ensure a waterproof seal.
• Supports: Generally not needed, but check your printer's bridging capabilities for the lid.
• Pro-Tip: To ensure the printer stays perfectly snug, I recommend gluing a small piece of foam to the inside of the lid. This prevents the printer from shifting or rattling if the case is stored upside down or during transport.
