Description

Tired of wasting water  when you sous vide your small steaks? Me too. This allows you to adjust the vertical height of the sous vide. You can place it deep into a large pot and minimize the amount of water needed to reach the minimum fill line on the sous vide. You don't need to have multiple containers to sous vide large and small items. One large pot and this simple 3d print is your answer.

Print is done in ASA to deal with the maximum temperature of the sous vide device. Print in other filaments at your own risk.. You will need (2) ¼"-20 Bolts to complete. One partially threaded 2" bolt for the bottom clamp and a 2.5" fully threaded bolt for the top. The threads are modeled in but you will have smoother operation if you clean them with a ¼"-20 tap.

This is for the Anova Culinary Sous Vide Precision Cooker 3.0 (WiFi), 1100 Watts. The body of the device is 2.2" in diameter. May fit other models with some modifications.

An additional clamped labeled 2.35” is available now on a separate plate for those who have a Heritage Sous Vide which has a larger body diameter.
