This keychain is a detailed, life-size replica of a 7.62 × 51 cartridge.
The model was completely redesigned from scratch in a CAD program – with a special focus on proportions and clean printability.
The design is ideal as a decorative keychain for tech, military, or collector fans.
🖨 Print Settings (tested)
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm
- Infill: 15%
- Material: Bambu Lab PLA Matte
- Support: Not required
The model was printed with PLA Matte for a particularly high-quality and uniform appearance.
🛠 Assembly
Only a standard keychain ring is needed (see photo).
The ring can be threaded directly through the designated opening – no gluing or post-processing is necessary.

This is a purely decorative keychain with no functional or technical purpose.
