FOR ANYONE WHO FINDS THIS IN THE FUTURE: The front panel and top cover in the photos are NOT PRINTED. They are OEM parts from Lenovo that you could get with some configurations of the ThinkCentre M600. With it, you would get four DB9 serial ports, two PS/2 ports for a keyboard and mouse, and a DB25 parallel port. I can barely even find proof that this existed except for a few Amazon and secondhand website listings in languages that I can't read. Given the strange selection of ports and lack of information surrounding the part, my conclusion is that this was a highly specialized enterprise configuration and there are likely a few of these machines still in service controlling important machinery somewhere. The provided file is just for a drive cage that fits inside of the chassis to replace the serial ports. Files for the chassis itself do not exist and will likely never exist. A real shame, considering how cool it looks. EDIT: The FRU number is 00KT233 and the part number is 519AT 2L, but I cannot find any places that sell them and they are likely lost to time.

Nice design!!! Is there a complete file for this? I tried printing the whole chassis, but realised its missing rest of the files other than a SSD/HDD bay (I tried printing off your other design but realised its for a different one)

The chassis is an OEM part from Lenovo included in special configurations of the ThinkCentre M600 that would give you 4 serial ports, a parallel port, and two PS/2 ports. I can't find any information about this part and have reason to suspect that it was likely never sold separately. This file is just a drive bay to replace those ports for anyone lucky enough to have one of these units.
