US General Series 3 - 15in cabinet drawer insert

Updated 3/2026! I now have a print profile with a 3x5 Gridfinity base!

Inspired by another drawer insert I found on MakerWorld, I created this in OnShape specifically for the Harbor Freight US General Series 3 15inch side cabinet.

I've included the step file and if you open the OnShape project, the sizes are variables so you can make it deeper or longer, or modify it to fit another drawer entirely.

Unfortunately this will require a larger printer and some minor supports are necessary for the outer lip. I also used a brim to prevent warping. I printed with hilbert curve top surface, but I didn't include that in the profile because it will take significantly longer to print. It could be printed on a smaller printer at a 45 degree angle with supports, but I didn't attempt that so I didn't include a profile, but if someone else prints it successfully, please share your profile for everyone!
