Recommended Print Settings

The model in the photos was printed in Matte Red PLA, showcasing the clean layer lines. It prints well on standard FDM machines.

Material: PLA, PETG, or ASA work great. Nozzle: 0.4mm standard. Layer Height: 0.2mm for a quick print with visible texture, or 0.12mm for a smoother finish meant for post-processing. Infill: 10% - 15% Gyroid (sufficient for a sturdy prop). Walls/Perimeters: 2-3. Supports: Recommended. While the body prints cleanly, the overhang area directly underneath the round cap usually requires supports for the best surface quality. Tree/Organic supports attached to the build plate work best and are easy to remove.
