Poor design optimization for FDM. The concept is decent, but the execution is flawed. The model's orientation forces the separation stress to act directly against the layer adhesion. Consequently, the part suffers from Z-axis delamination and snaps along the layer lines long before the fused sections can be separated. Even with precision tools, it’s impossible to make it functional. A total waste of filament due to poor structural logic.

I zoomed into the image, and it looks like the filament isn’t dry—there are bubbles across the surface. If you want to try again, just make sure the filament is fully dry. Thanks!

A great model Unfortunately from the halfway point there was so much movement during printing that the printer produced spaghetti but this could certainly have been prevented with slower speed or plenty of Support

Thank you for your feedback, it might be the filament issue, did you try to print with different PETG filament?

The separation process was not that hard

It probably separated the same as PETG but it was really easy to separate And it was more springy

Cracked and broke when attempting to separate them. Might try it again in TPU rather than PETG.
