🕯️ Arch Hag Miniature – Crone of the Primeval Curse
This miniature is part of the Monster Manual 2024 Collection, a series of iconic creatures faithfully reimagined as dynamic, tabletop-ready sculpts.

Where lesser hags haunt swamps and forests, the Arch Hag rules them. She does not stalk prey — she waits for it to come willingly. Every curse she lays was invited. Every victim chose their fate. Her magic is not wild, but deliberate… ritualistic… permanent.

The miniature depicts a gaunt, long-limbed crone rising from a ritual circle. Her spine arches unnaturally forward while both clawed hands reach outward, as if tightening an invisible thread around her victim. The pose is looming rather than lunging — predatory inevitability instead of motion.

Her crown of twisted antlers and bone talismans frames a sunken, elongated face with a stretched grin and hollow eyes. Strands of thin, lifeless hair hang across her features, enhancing the corpse-like expression. The layered robes fall in heavy torn sheets, merging into the ground to avoid fragile floating cloth while preserving a spectral silhouette suitable for printing.

Adornment is ritualistic: cords, charms, teeth, and fetishes hang irregularly across the torso. Nothing decorative — everything has purpose in a curse or pact.

The scenic base shows a carved summoning circle surrounded by melted candles and gnarled roots. These elements ground the model physically while reinforcing the idea of prepared magic rather than explosive spellcasting.

Key Features

Dominant Arch Hag coven matriarch
Ritual casting pose with extended claws
Antler crown and curse fetishes
Tattered grounded robes for print stability
Summoning circle scenic base with candles
Designed for believable physical structure

🎨 Great for Painting

Perfect for desaturated horror palettes: corpse skin tones, aged bone, soot-stained cloth, wax effects, and subtle object-source lighting from candles. Ideal centerpiece for atmospheric encounters.

📏 Scale & Compatibility

Fits standard tabletop scale for Dungeons & Dragons and other fantasy RPGs. Works as a coven leader, campaign villain, curse-giver, or long-term narrative antagonist.

She does not chase heroes.
She outlives them.
