Gourdy – Dandy’s World Chibi Flexi Keychain

👋 Hey! Welcome to my little 3D printing corner.

I’m still pretty new to 3D modeling and learning more every single project, but I genuinely love creating fun prints, mascots, tank-mode characters, fidgets, and weird little ideas that people enjoy printing.

This is a multi-color print profile for Gourdy from Dandy’s World, designed as a Chibi-style flexi figure with an integrated keychain loop.

The head features a print-in-place flexi connection, giving it subtle movement while remaining durable enough for everyday use as a keychain, backpack charm, or seasonal display piece.

The profile was designed to keep color count reasonable while still maintaining strong contrast and detail.

Print Profile Description

(Special Settings & Print Notes)

🖨️ Printer & Settings

• Multi-color capable printer (AMS or equivalent)
• Layer Height: 0.12 mm (recommended)
• PLA material
• Standard PLA profiles work well

0.12 mm layer height is recommended to preserve facial detail and clean color separation.

🎨 Filament Colors Used (PLA)

• Matte Black
• Pumpkin Orange
• Cocoa Brown
• Apple Green
• Jade White

The model is designed to print beautifully with 5 colors, but it can easily be simplified to 4 colors by printing the stem in either:

• Black
  or
• Green

This makes it friendly for most 4-color machines.

⚙️ Print Notes

• Flexi head prints in-place (no assembly required)
• Integrated keychain loop prints as part of the model
• No advanced tuning required
• Standard PLA settings recommended

🧠 Notes

• 0.12 mm layer height strongly recommended for smooth eyes and facial detail
• Flexi joint should move freely after printing
• Designed to balance durability with small-scale detail
• Layer lines are normal for FDM printing
