This project features a high-precision M5 bolt with a hex socket head (H4 / 4 mm Allen drive), designed for strong mechanical connections and clean installation.

The internal hex drive (H4) is compatible with standard 4 mm Allen keys, making it ideal for mechanical assemblies, structural prints, and functional prototypes.

The bolt is available in the following lengths:
10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 125, and 150 mm, all with a consistent M5 diameter.

A perfectly matching M5 nut is included and optimized for smooth threading and secure fastening.

Print Settings & Strength

  • 100% infill for maximum durability and load resistance
    → Significantly stronger than typical 15–20% infill prints
  • 0.1 mm layer height for extremely fine detail
    → Clean threads and excellent nut fit
