This bouncing ball is specifically designed to showcase the full potential of TPU, featuring an optimized profile that maximizes flexibility, durability, and rebound performance.

 

The geometry has been carefully tuned to achieve a satisfying, consistent bounce while remaining easy to print, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced users working with flexible filaments.

 

No supports are required, ensuring a clean print and minimal post-processing.

 

The model is printed in two parts—once printed, simply assemble them using Bambu Lab double-sided adhesive tape for a strong and reliable bond.

 

Perfect for testing TPU settings, demonstrating material properties, or just having fun with a highly responsive, soft-touch bouncing ball.
