Description

Overview:

This is a cutaway model of a nuclear reactor vessel with surrouning shielding. I designed entire model from scratch. The model is a combination of online diagrams and my personal knowledge about nuclear reactors. I am from field from engineering but not an expert in nuclear power, so mistakes are expected.

Required hardware:

  • 7x M3x12mm screw
  • 7x M3 nut
  • 10x M3x6mm screw
  • 10x M3x4mm threaded heat insert

Majority of the parts are easy to print with exception of control rods, that need some post cutting in order to print sucessfully.

Happy printing :)
