This model was born from something very special 💙.


My mother runs an Integral Psychology Center, where tools are used to stimulate logic, concentration, and cognitive development 🧠📚.

 

The inspiration comes from a wooden Soma cube, which did not have a base to organize the pieces. Due to the need for more models for the center, I decided to redesign and improve it 🚀, incorporating a functional solution that optimizes its use and storage.

 

🔹 What does this design offer?
✔️ Modern and resistant version of the classic Soma cube.
✔️ Base specially designed to correctly store the blocks.
✔️ Visual control that helps prevent the loss of pieces.
✔️ Organization following the 5S methodology: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain 📊.

 

🔸 Recommended materials:
🧱 Blocks: can be printed perfectly in PLA filament, achieving excellent rigidity, precision, and finish.
🟢 Base: can be printed in PLA or flexible TPU filament, but my recommendation is to use TPU only for the base, as its flexibility provides greater comfort when storing and removing the blocks, in addition to absorbing small impacts and improving durability.

 

This model is not just a puzzle 🧩, it is a functional tool conceived from a real need, combining design, organization, and practical application in educational and therapeutic environments.
