Rugged BOX - Big - No tools - 240x124x87 (L W H)

It does not require tools or any additional components.

The internal dimensions are 240 x 124 x 87 mm (length, width, height).
The external dimensions are 254 x 167 x 110 mm (length, width, height).

1. Heat one end of the hinge pin using a lighter. The pin has two small grooves — they indicate how deep you can melt the plastic. Gently press a metal object (for example, a knife) against the heated end to form a small flange. This prevents the pin from slipping out of the hinge.

   

   

   

2. Insert the pin into the hinge.

   

3. Heat the other end of the pin. Be careful not to melt the case — the plastic softens easily when exposed to a flame. Again, press a knife against the heated end to form another flange.

   

   

4. Repeat the same process on the opposite side.

5. To insert the latch, position it at an angle as shown in the picture. One side of the latch should fit into the hole on the box, and the other side should be gently pushed upward until it snaps into place.
   (When printing, pay attention to where the supports are placed, and make sure to remove them completely from the latch after printing.)
