Replacement joystick cap compatible with PSP

This model is a compatible aftermarket replacement part compatible with PSP analog pad geometry, with a circular top surface and a square internal socket for a secure fit on the joystick stem. Dimensions are optimized for correct engagement and smooth operation, while maintaining sufficient wall thickness for durability.
 
 

The part can be printed on common FDM printers. For improved grip on the thumb surface, printing on a textured build plate is recommended, as it naturally transfers a fine texture to the contact area without additional post-processing. 

A 0.2 mm nozzle is suggested to achieve better detail and tighter tolerances on the socket, even though a 0.4 mm nozzle version is also provided and prints reliably.
 

Suitable materials include PLA for ease of printing, or PETG for increased toughness. This replacement is intended for restoring worn or damaged PSP joystick caps and can be printed in different colors to match or customize the controller.

It may be printed both with (in my picture: black version) and without ironing (in my picture: green version).
