Description
This headphone holder is a high-performance headphone holder designed by Core Design. This model focuses on three core principles: stability, versatility, and a clean, technical aesthetic.
Built as part of the Apex Series, this holder features a precise screw-clamp mechanism that provides a rock-solid attachment to your workspace. It is designed to be a permanent-feeling solution that remains completely mobile, allowing you to reposition it whenever you update your setup.
Key Features:
- Precision Clamp: The adjustable screw mechanism ensures a perfect fit for a wide range of desk thicknesses.
- Structural Integrity: Engineered for strength, the Core Apex handles even the heaviest professional headsets without flexing.
- Minimalist Design: Clean lines and a technical profile that complements modern desk setups and gaming stations.
- Surface Friendly: The wide contact points distribute pressure evenly, ensuring a secure grip on your desk.
Printing Recommendations:
- Material: PLA is great for detail, but PETG is recommended for maximum long-term durability.
- Walls/Perimeters: Use 3 or 4 walls to ensure the screw threads and the main arm are extra rigid.
- Be sure to activate the Archane wall generator in quality in your slicer if you download the stl.
- Infill: 20-25% Gyroid or Grid works perfectly for this geometry.
- Supports: Designed to be print-friendly with minimal to no supports required depending on your printer’s bridging capabilities.
I designed the Core Apex to be a reliable, functional tool for creators and gamers alike. If you add this to your setup, I’d love to see the result—please share your makes!
