⚠️ IMPORTANT: Material & Lens Installation Warning
- Avoid Matte PLA: Matte filaments are generally more brittle. As seen in testing, frames printed in matte PLA can crack during lens insertion due to low layer adhesion and flexibility.
- Warm it up: Before inserting lenses, it is highly recommended to slightly warm the frame (using a hairdryer or warm water). This makes the plastic more pliable and prevents snapping.
- Material Choice: For the best results and longevity, use PETG or a high-quality Tough PLA.
