Captain Rex Jaig Eye Stencil

I designed this model to assist in the Captain Rex helmet build I am currently making.

I printed the design in 95A TPU so that I could wrap it around the helmet and get a better outline.
The procedure I used for this stencil is as follow:

• put a single layer of painters tape on the area where you would like to use the stencil
• tape the stencil into place
• use a pencil/pen to draw the outline of the Jaig eye.
• use an exacto knife to cut out the shape you just drew from the initial layer of painters tape
• repeat on the other side making sure to align the stencil so that it is mirrored with the initial side
• Paint the entire area the desired shade of blue
• carefully remove tape after paint is completely dry
