A minimalist strap clip designed specifically for people who are annoyed by the tail at the back of their cap flopping around as you move. Unlike standard clips that sit between your head and the strap, this design sits entirely on the outer face. This means minimal plastic touches your forehead.

The Problem: When wearing a snapback or adjustable cap backward, the loose "tail" often flaps around or looks messy. Standard clips fix the tail but press hard plastic against your forehead, causing irritation and sweat spots.

The Solution: This "Exo-Clip" grabs the strap from the outside. It secures the loose tail perfectly while maintaining the original comfort of your hat's sweatband. Perfect for high-movement activities like Padel, running, or gym sessions.

Most cap tails are 20mm in height, sometimes they are a bit smaller like 18mm - you can resize the 3D print accordingly before printing.

3. Print Settings (Recommendations)

• Material: PETG or PLA+ (PETG recommended for sweat/heat resistance).
• Infill: 100% (The part is thin, so solid strength is best).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 walls.
• Supports: No supports needed (Print standing on its side profile for best strength).
• Brim: Recommended if you have bed adhesion issues, as the contact area is thin.
