This is a Raspberry Pi Pico case that was 100% designed by AI — no human CAD work involved.
The entire 3D model was created through a collaboration between Claude Opus 4.6 (Anthropic's large language model) and FreeCAD, an open-source parametric CAD tool. Claude generated the design logic and FreeCAD scripts, producing a functional, printable enclosure for the Raspberry Pi Pico without any manual modeling.
This project is an experiment in AI-driven product design — exploring how far current LLMs can go in creating real, physical objects from scratch.
