Halo Helmet

3D Model – Wearable Halo Helmet

A helmet inspired by the iconic headgear from the famous sci-fi saga for Xbox, designed for large-format 3D printing and intended as a cosplay or display item

The model has been scaled to be wearable, but remains intentionally slightly generous in proportions: this allows it to be adapted to different head sizes using internal padding (foam, neoprene, or helmet pads), improving comfort and stability without compromising aesthetic accuracy

• Walls thick enough for sanding and painting

Notes on sizing:
The helmet does not fit perfectly to the head by default: it is designed to be customized with internal padding, similar to real protective helmets. This allows for a more universal fit and greater comfort during prolonged use

Printing recommendations:
PLA+ / PETG recommended
0.2 mm layer
3–4 perimeters
15–20% infill
Finishing with putty, primer, and paint recommended
