Bring the “ostrich dinosaur” to your collection with this detailed Ornithomimus skull fossil replica.

Ornithomimus was a fast, lightweight theropod from the Late Cretaceous period, built for speed with long legs and a slender, bird-like skull. Unlike many theropods, it lacked large teeth, instead featuring a narrow beak-like mouth — giving this skull a very distinctive profile compared to raptors and tyrannosaurs.

This replica captures the elegant, elongated snout and large orbital openings that make Ornithomimus instantly recognisable. It makes a fantastic display piece for fossil lovers, classrooms, collectors, or anyone building a full dinosaur skull series.

🛠 Print Notes

  • Supports required
  • Medium difficulty support removal
  • Take your time and remove supports gradually
  • Use flush cutters and needle-nose pliers for tight areas
  • Crush supports inward rather than pulling aggressively
  • Hold the skull securely while removing supports to avoid stress on thinner sections

Normal careful fossil-print removal advice applies and you’ll get a clean, sharp result.

Perfect for museum-style display, painting, weathering, or natural bone finishes.
