LAB RAX – 10" Rack Mount for Fujitsu ESPRIMO G9012

This is a 10-inch rack mount bracket designed specifically for the Fujitsu ESPRIMO G9012 (Small Form Factor / Mini PC variant used in lab environments).

The design allows secure mounting inside a 10" rack system (LAB RAX style setups, homelab, industrial cabinets). The bracket supports the device from both sides and provides a rigid base frame for stable installation.

The side plates are reinforced with angled supports for improved stiffness. Front mounting holes are slotted to allow tolerance adjustment and easier alignment with different 10" rack rails.

Print Settings

Recommended material:

• PETG (recommended for rack use)
• ABS/ASA for higher temperature environments

Suggested settings:

• 4–5 perimeters
• 30–40% infill (gyroid or cubic)
• 0.2 mm layer height
• Print flat on base plate

No supports required.

Assembly

• Slide the ESPRIMO G9012 into the bracket
• Secure using appropriate side screws if needed
• Mount the bracket to standard 10" rack rails
