Description

🌪️ Propeller Launcher – Classic Fun, Reinvented

Ever since childhood, the Propeller Launcher has been a symbol of pure, simple excitement. The thrill of pulling the cord… the spinning blur… the propeller soaring into the sky 🌤️

Now, this legendary toy returns — stronger, smarter, and fully optimized for modern 3D printing.

🔧 One-Piece Power Design

This version stands apart from the classic models.
The entire handle and integrated gear system are printed in one single piece — no assembly required.

That means:

  • ✅ No loose parts
  • ✅ No complicated setup
  • ✅ Maximum durability
  • ✅ Extremely grippy and robust internal mechanism

It’s built to last and designed to perform.

🧵 Extra-Long Ripcord = Extra-Long Flight

Thanks to the extended pull cord, you can generate incredible spin speed with ease.
The result?
🚀 Smooth launches reaching distances of up to 10 meters without any problem.

Pull. Release. Watch it climb.

🌀 Optimized Propeller Print Profile

The propellers are delivered with a separate, specially optimized print profile — carefully tuned for:

⚖️ Perfect weight balance
💨 Aerodynamic efficiency
🛠️ High print quality
🎯 Consistent flight performance

Every detail is engineered to ensure stable rotation and impressive lift.

I have just added a spare part for the pull cord as a separate print profile. My cord has not broken yet, but I’ve read that some people have pulled the cord so hard that it snapped. Have fun!

Great print!!! been trying to find a propeller that actually works cause usually they would fail in the end, but had no problem with this one. The only problem is that the actual propeller is a little stringy, though that might be my film. I’m also thinking about trying to use TPU for it.

tpu will not work, I recommend PLA matt/basic from bambulab or other well calibrated PLA

I appreciate the idea, however, without support, I found that the handle fell off. Fortunately, the path had already been partially completed. Despite this, there was a filament leak during the void print. Despite these inconveniences, I believe this is an excellent project. Thank you

Other Issues:The nozzle sticks too much to the print and detaches the piece from the plate, I put supports thinking it was an adhesion problem to the plate but it wasn't that, upon checking the print, the nozzle is what scrapes the piece and detaches it even with supports

I have just added a spare part for the pull cord as a separate print profile. It now has one additional layer of thickness, which provides extra stability. My original version has not broken yet, but I’ve read that some people have pulled the cord so hard that it snapped. Here is the reinforced replacement part for improved durability. Have fun!
