Arris S33/S34 Vertical Mount for KWS 2.0 Rack

This is a remix of a remix.

I took the model that RJ_March adapted from D Wolf and modified it a bit to work with a KWS 2.0 mini rack. Using RJ_March's model, I cut and extended the ears to allow a close fit to the outside of the rack, which allows a right-mount orientation when looking at the rack from the front. I then flipped the model and adapted the ears to the opposite side to make a left-mount oriented version, which I have not tested. I also added the active cooling top plates from D Wolf's original design and tested with the threaded insert plate, which fits well. I have not tested the bolted active cooling plate.
