Description
Bring a natural, organic look to your terrarium or aquarium with this highly detailed driftwood-style cave. Designed to mimic real weathered wood, this model creates a perfect hiding spot for reptiles, amphibians, fish, and shrimp while enhancing the overall aesthetic of your setup. The structure features multiple openings providing both shelter and easy access for your animals.
You can resize the model to your own preferences.
If intended for aquarium use, it must be printed with at least 75% infill to reduce buoyancy. The exact infill % required may vary depending on the material used (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). Optionally, to keep the model submerged, you can attach external weight (e.g., glue a stone to the base), secure it to the aquarium with adhesive, or create a small hole to allow water in and eliminate trapped air.
Used print options:
- 0.16mm layer height
- 2 walls
- 10% Adaptive Cubic infill
- Special Tree Support setting for 0.16mm layer height to give flawless supports
