Description

*Profiles for A1 Mini too*

I don’t recommend printing this model in PLA. I printed mine in PLA and the joints became loose fairly quickly. I suggest using PETG or ABS/ASA for better durability and joint strength.

I suggest using a 1.8-1.9mm hand drill for the holes as they might be a bit tight, if you find anything too loose tell me in comments and i will fix it or just use the glue method

This is my first attempt at recreating Blaster from Transformers. It’s not based on a specific version of the character, but it was designed to scale well with Studio Series 86 (SS86) figures.

All parts are separated by color for easier printing. I used superglue to secure the necessary pieces during assembly. The only detail I couldn’t separate by color is the eyes, so you’ll need to paint those. (I ran out of yellow PLA so i printed the whole head in red PLA)

On the back, you’ll find four 3mm holes designed for M3x10 screws. These screws aren’t required, but they help tighten and strengthen the shoulder joints.

For the pins, I used 1.75mm filament, inserting and trimming it to size after assembly.

If you run into any problems or difficulties, feel free to leave a comment and let me know.
Head is a scaled down version of this here
