THE MODEL :

Add a heroic and noble touch to your home decor with this Imperial Baroque-inspired wall shelf. At the center of its structure, a sculpted sword points downward, surrounded by theatrical drapery, finely detailed tassels, and classical acanthus leaf scrolls. This piece evokes the prestige of ancient royal armories and provides a distinguished platform for your classical busts, relics, or most precious collectibles.

The design has been thoroughly tested to ensure a perfect render of the various textures (fabric, metal, stone) and sufficient strength to support your decorative items. Printing in Matte Black PLA is highly suggested: it turns the shelf into a dark, sophisticated piece of cabinetry, highlighting the intricate sword hilt and the fluid movement of the drapes.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm
  • Infill: 15% (for improved ledge strength)
  • Material: Matte Black PLA

Sizing Information

This model is fully scalable. You can adjust the size in your slicer to fit your needs: a small accent shelf for a single figurine or a wider wall console to create a truly historical display.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
