🐲 Targaryen Helm – "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms"

Get a piece of Westeros directly on your 3D printer! This helmet is inspired by the iconic design of House Targaryen from the series "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms". With its characteristic flowing lines and the (optional) dragon wings, it is the ultimate collector's item for cosplayers and fans.

🛠️ Design Highlights & Features:

• Authentic Look: The design has been faithfully recreated to perfectly capture the look of the Targaryen armor.
• Optimized for Wearing Comfort: The helmet was intentionally constructed extra thin to massively save weight when worn. This way, it remains comfortable on the head even during long conventions or photo shoots.
• Ready for Post-Processing: The smooth surfaces are excellent for techniques such as airbrushing and dry brushing to achieve a realistic metal effect.

⚠️ Important Print Notes (Please read!):

1. Sizing Adjustment (Scaling): Since every head is unique, the file must be adjusted to your own head size in the slicer before printing. I recommend printing a "scaling ring" (a thin cross-section of the helmet at eye level) beforehand to check the fit.
2. Stability: Despite its thin construction, the helmet is stable. Nevertheless, I recommend using robust material such as PETG or reinforced PLA to guarantee longevity.
3. Support Settings: Due to the organic shape and thin walls, good support settings (e.g., Tree Supports) are essential.

🎨 Painting Tip:

For the look in the photos, I used a combination of black primer, a silver airbrush layer, and subsequent dry brushing to highlight the edges and details.
