Cookie Cutters for the Russian Alphabet

This set includes the full Russian alphabet as 3D printable cookie cutters. Perfect for cookies, fondant, play-doh or clay.

The cutters were procedurally generated and are specifically optimized for small, precise cutouts (approx. 20mm height).

📏 Dimensions & Design

• Letter Height: approx. 20 mm (ideal for small decorations or text on cakes).
• Cutting wall: 0.8 mm thin for a clean cut.
• Handle/Base: 1.5 mm wide rim for stability and comfortable pressing.
• Design: "Hollow Handle" – The handle follows the contour of the letter and is hollow inside to save material and reduce print time.

🖨️ Print Recommendations (Print Settings)

Since the walls are very thin (0.8 mm), the following settings are recommended:

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm (recommended)
• Layer Height: 0.16 mm or 0.2 mm
• Wall Loops/Perimeters: 2 or more (so the cutting wall is solid and stable).
• Infill: Not necessary for the walls, 100% recommended for the base.
• Material: PLA, PETG (Food safe).
• Support: Not required.
• Brim: Only necessary for adhesion issues.

⚠️ Safety Note

For use with food:

1. Use food-safe filament (e.g. certified PLA or PETG).
2. Use a stainless steel nozzle (brass nozzles may contain lead).
3. 3D prints have microscopic grooves where bacteria can accumulate. Wash the cutters thoroughly with warm soapy water (not dishwasher safe, as PLA can deform).
