Description
Futuristic Sci-Fi Display Column
I was looking for a column to support a glass panel in my display, but I couldn’t find anything that matched the style of my Star Wars brick setup—so I designed one myself.
This model is designed to hold a glass panel securely while fitting perfectly with sci-fi and Star Wars–inspired builds. It adds height, detail, and a strong architectural look to any display.
🛠 Print Settings
- Walls: 2 layers
- Infill: 15%
- Print Time: ~2–3 hours
- Supports: Recommended
- Layer Height: 0.20mm (standard profile)
Dimensions (approx.):
- Height: 140mm
- Width at center: 33mm
- Width at base: 54mm
I tested it without supports and it printed successfully, but there were minor imperfections at the top. For the best visual quality, I recommend printing with supports enabled.
🤖 Design Process
- Created using multiple AI generations until the final look was achieved
- Generated concept images locally with Stable Diffusion
- Converted and refined using Bambu Image-to-3D tools
- Cleaned and straightened the model for proper printing
The final result looks great in a display setup, especially when paired with glass panels and brick environments.
