Description

EDGE — Fully 3D‑Printed Side Table

EDGE is a clean, modern side table designed to show off what a 3D printer can really do. Its sharp lines and angled silhouette give it a sculptural feel, while the overall form stays practical and sturdy enough for everyday use. Printed in multiple pieces that lock together, it comes together quickly and feels surprisingly solid once assembled.

The model is designed with supports only where absolutely necessary, and those areas have been kept as small and easy to remove as possible. The table looks especially good in wood PLA for a warm, furniture‑like finish, or in PLA matte/basic if you prefer a smooth, contemporary look.

Whether you use it as a plant stand, a bedside table, or a small accent piece in your living space, EDGE brings a bit of modern design into the room without needing anything more than your printer and some patience. Even though this table is fully 3d printed it is actually insanely strong, see below photo for proof

A Note About the Crowdfunding Program

I originally submitted EDGE to the Maker World crowdfunding program, hoping to get some support as I am 15 and can't afford to buy hundreds of dollars of filament to prototype the design. It didn’t make it through — not because the design had issues, but because I just wasn’t “popular enough” yet. I’ll be honest, that stung more than I expected. It’s a weird feeling when your work gets judged by numbers instead of the thing you actually made.

But after sitting with it for a bit, I decided I didn’t want the project to waste especially after I had spent over $150 dollars in filament and multiple weeks perfecting the design. I hope the few people that end up committing to this project have a blast putting it together, if you are building this and have any questions, ideas, or thoughts feel free to comment or DM me and I will do my best to help you any way that I can.

If you want to sell this model or any of my other designs make sure to subscribe to my patreon, it is the absolute best way to support me, thanks so much for taking the time read my long rant, hope you have a great day!
