Introducing the completely redesigned V2 version of my fan spacer model! It is no longer limited; it features a fully modular design, easier assembly, and requires no extra hardware.
About the Model: This design is a modular 120mm fan spacer developed for PC cases that lack bottom fan mounts. It provides fresh air intake from underneath your case to significantly improve GPU (Graphics Card) cooling. Unlike the previous model, this new design features a puzzle-like interlocking modular structure, meaning you can use it in single, double, triple, or quadruple configurations aimed at your specific needs.
New Features & Upgrades:
- š§© Fully Modular Structure: Print and combine as many parts as you need using a single model file (1x, 2x, 3x, 4x...). It is fully customizable according to your case length.
- š ļø Insert-Free Assembly (M5 Compatible): No need to heat and embed brass heat-set inserts anymore! The screw holes are optimized for M5 screws, allowing you to screw directly into the plastic securely.
- š§ Easy Access Screw Channels: Special channels have been added to allow screwdrivers to enter easily, making assembly effortless.
- š Snap-Fit Interlocking System: The fan holders are designed with a snap-fit structure, ensuring a solid connection when aligning multiple fans side-by-side.
- šØ Optimized Airflow: The feet are redesigned and thinned to minimize air resistance, ensuring maximum air intake efficiency.
- šØļø Support-Free Printing: The design is optimized to be printed without requiring any support material.
Use Case: Ideal for providing extra air intake for cases without bottom fan support and specifically for lowering GPU temperatures. When used with "Reverse Blade" fans, it pulls fresh cool air from the bottom of the case and directs it straight onto the graphics card.
