Description
This block with 2 pins, with Fischertechnik grid dimensions, is a practical extension for your own marble run and construction projects.
The part was completely designed by me and allows for a clean change in the ball's direction while providing a stable clamping connection in the well-known plug-in system.

🔧 Fit / Tolerances
Since it is a clamping plug-in system, very small dimensional deviations play a major role:
Even 0.1–0.2 mm difference can significantly affect the clamping force.
Depending on the printer and material, the fit can vary, for example due to:
- slightly damp filament
- different filament brands or material types
- print temperature and flow rate
- cooling and shrinkage during cooling
💡 Tip: If the clamping is too tight or too loose, a small adjustment of the print settings or a different filament type can help.
