Description

This are the 3d parts of the blade aeropegasus .

divided in 2 plates. the first two part can be printed in pla plus or petg (avoid pla matte or silk as they are weak)

second plate its the blade, it can be printed in metal using third party service (jlpcb or prototi) but you can just usa regular pla if you just want to test it or have a display piece or just have fun. just put them together they should clip, put some glue.

you can find other bits and ratchets here

dumb question since I'm printing this for my 5 year old daughter and have never looked at these at all...how do I assemble this? There a link or something that could be provided? By the way, she swore she'd refuse to use a printed one. She's totally excited having seen it so excellent model!

hi for the main blade use the aeroplastic as bottom part then put the aerocap on it it should clip and go in like in the 1st image, then add the aerometalpart, just make sure the pin aligns and it the correct orientation and it should all clip together. for the ratchet if you already have a ratchet just use that it should work. if you dont have it it need 2 2x4mm screws and if you dont want to use that you can find in my profile simple ratchet wich doesnt requires the use of any screws.

Gotcha, okay, honestly had to watch some videos to figure out what parts I'm working with. It's the ratchet model print from your profile that I can't figure out how to assemble. I get it all fitting together except for the bit locking piece and with that in place it doesn't seem to close together.

Nevermind, I was assembling it in the wrong order as if it were supposed to be attached to the top part rather than assembled separately and locked into place as a swappable component. Got it now! Thank you again for the complete model!

you can separate the metal part, use 3d party service like JLC3DP or prototi and upload the stl to print in stainless steel 316f. its usually 5 to 10$ per piece.

doesn't work too badly, but I can only advise everyone to glue the parts together, during the first start attempt, everything immediately flew into its individual parts around the living room of course, you can only pit two 3d printed versions against each other, as the originals are much heavier
