Description
This is a custom-designed 3D-printable enclosure for USRP B210, consisting of two interlocking parts: top and bottom.
The case is optimized for Bambu Lab A1 Mini, ensuring reliable printing with supports.
Parts A and B slide into each other with a precise fit, providing primary mechanical fixation.
Additionally, the enclosure includes screw mounting holes for enhanced rigidity and optional installation of feet.
Screw length can be selected depending on the assembly method: the same screws may be extended through the case and used to attach external feet or spacers.
The enclosure includes:
- Dedicated openings for LED indicators;
- Access holes for control buttons (can be pressed using a toothpick or thin non-conductor tool);
- Screw holes for reinforcement and feet mounting;
- Compact and clean industrial design.
Designed for both desktop and lab use, this case protects your USRP B210 while keeping full functionality.

Assembly Instructions
- Print both parts: Part A (Top) and Part B (Bottom)
- Place the USRP B210 into the bottom part
- Slide the top part into position
- Insert screws through the mounting holes (optional)
- If using feet, select longer screws and mount them simultaneously
- Tighten gently (do not overtighten)
No glue is required.

- Type: M3 (typical)
- Length: Depends on configuration:
- Case only: short screws
- Case + feet/spacers: extended screws
Adjust screw length according to your feet thickness.
