Hello to all swimmers!
I needed a case for my swimming goggles (Speedo Biofuse 2.0) to protect them from scratches. In addition, the openings allow for drying and drainage of water after swimming. Also suitable for all swimming goggles from other manufacturers.
Hinge + Latch:
The hinge is printed Print in Place
The latch is designed with round Ø6mm magnets. I recommend gluing them in with super glue.
No supports are necessary for the entire model.
Variants / Print Plates:
In the file you will find 3 print plates for different magnet heights
- Print Plate 1: Ø6 x 2mm
- Print Plate 2: Ø6 x 3mm
- Print Plate 3: Ø6 x 6mm
Print Profile / Changes from Standard:
- Precise Wall
- Layer height 0.2 mm / Variable layer height for the hinge of approx 0.15mm
- no supports!
- 3 Walls
Assembly:
The magnets should be glued in, as the tolerances of the bore do not allow for a form fit. They are generously designed for easy assembly.
Colors:
The case is cut into several individual parts, to which colors can be assigned as desired.
