Introducing the Geodesic Sphere Lamp, a perfect blend of geometric precision and warm, ambient lighting. Designed for modern interiors, this lamp features a striking outer web structure (perfect for Silk Copper PLA) embracing a translucent inner diffuser that casts a soft, inviting glow. It is the ideal centerpiece for a console table, nightstand, or living room setup.
💡 Hardware & Assembly This model is designed to fit the Maker Supply LED Lamp Kit 001.
- Easy Assembly: The components are designed to fit the standard kit perfectly.
- Material Recommendation: Use PLA Silk (Copper/Bronze) for the outer "spider" cage to achieve a luxury look, and White PLA for the inner sphere to maximize light diffusion.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: PRINTING & COMPATIBILITY WARNING
- Plate Size Bug: This model has a diameter of 25cm. Theoretically, it fits on a standard 254mm plate. However, there is currently a bug in Bambu Studio that prevents the purge tower (prime tower) from being resized or moved to the margins, causing it to collide with the object.
- Profile Guarantee: Because of this software limitation, I can currently only guarantee the print profile for the H series.
- Scaling: You can safely scale the model within a range of ± 20-30%.
- Do Not Exaggerate: Scaling too large may result in insufficient light; scaling too small may make the walls too thin to print correctly.
🎨 Print Settings
- Supports: Minimal or none required depending on your printer's bridging capabilities.
- Infill: 100% recommended for the thin outer cage; standard 15% for the base.
