Description
I hurt my neck, this neck stretcher has helped! This tool uses targeted pressure nodes to help perform deep-tissue "release" of the suboccipital muscles. By utilizing your own body weight, you can effectively decompress the upper cervical spine and soothe your tight “tech neck”. Note: I use AI in my design process. Hope you enjoy!
