Brass Knuckle / Knuckle Duster Prop

After the awesome feedback on my CarryFist - Universal Grocery Bag Carier design and a bunch of private messages asking for something similar — I decided to create this classic-style knuckle duster prop. 

This model is inspired by the traditional, clean brass knuckle shape. No futuristic lines, no overcomplicated details — just a timeless, solid, classic form. It has that iconic four-finger layout with smooth contours and a comfortable grip profile.

Universal size, but it can be scaled if needed.
By default, the finger holes have a diameter of 24.5 mm.

This prop knuckle duster can be a perfect addition to a gangster or mobster costume.

Feel free to share your makes — I’d love to see different finishes (metallic filament looks especially good).

🛠️Before You Start Printing

Before printing, give the bed a quick clean 🧽 — good adhesion = better first layer and accurate geometry.

Use dry filament (wet filament loves to pop, string, and ruin dimensions).

When using my MakerWorld profiles, make sure the selected material matches what you’re actually printing. Different materials shrink and behave differently — the wrong profile can mean wrong dimensions.

Also, my STL files are designed and dimensioned for PLA. If you print them in PETG, you may need to slightly rescale the model to compensate for different shrinkage.

Clean bed. Dry filament. Correct material. Done 😄
