CZ 600 Trail Ambidextrous Cheek Rest
Print Profile(1)

Description
Are you a left handed and also an owner of a CZ 600 trail? Are you right handed and tired of how often the stock cheek rest catches on things or doesn't offer adequate height? Fear not! This cheek rest solves both of those problems with an easy install (no adhesives or velcro) and no negative effect on function.
This cheek riser allows the bolt to be cycled even while the stock is collapsed, provides some real estate for a pad or riser if so desired, and makes the rifle truly ambidextrous.
The rest clips into the pair of locating holes on either side of the stock butt plate. While you can use just the stock M4 machine screw to install it, you'll note that the rail has a hole in it on the right side of the stock as well. So while one screw is adequate even for the 7.62x39 version of the rifle, it's best to use two. I threaded the right-side hole with a simple hand tap, and put another screw in. This makes the rest feel much more solid.
